Refund Policy

Nature of Digital Products: Due to the intangible nature of the products at PLR24.com, we do not offer refunds for files that have already been downloaded. Once the file has been delivered, the sale is considered final. We strongly suggest reading the product features and license carefully before making your purchase.

Exceptions for Technical Issues: Requests for refunds or file replacements will only be considered in the event of verifiable technical issues with the original file provided by us. The resolution of these cases will be at the sole and exclusive discretion of PLR24.com. Our first step will always be to provide you with a functional replacement file.

Duplicate Purchases: If you mistakenly purchase the same product more than once, we will not issue a cash refund. Instead, we will replace your purchase with another product or products of the exact value of the duplicate purchase.

License Revocation upon Refund: If, at the discretion of PLR24.com, an exceptional refund is approved and issued, your license of use (PLR) is immediately revoked. You are obligated to permanently destroy and delete all copies of the files on your devices. Any subsequent use of the content will be considered copyright infringement.
